Shipping & return

shipping

  1. The shipping time is 2-4 days from receipt of payment, for orders within Germany.

  2. We only ship our goods via DHL.

  3. Shipping within Germany is EUR 3.70.

  4. Additional duties and charges apply for deliveries to non-EU countries.

Returns & exchanges

  1. You can exercise your right of withdrawal 14 days after receiving your order. Please contact Mardadi_Exclusive@outlook.de as soon as possible

  2. The goods must be sent back in perfect condition. Due to hygiene measures, damaged or used items cannot be returned.

  3. Details of the revocation can be found in the terms and conditions and the revocation declaration.
